Usefulness:

This game is average at best. It can get very repetitive and boring very quickly and but if you are interested in this game start by trying the FREE version first before you even consider buying the paid version. The graphics on the game are cute but the actual game play is fairly simple.

Basically, you can play in either one or two player mode and the goal of the game is to knock out your opponent (cat or dog) first. You do this by throwing either bones or cans at your opponent. You throw by pressing down on your character when it is your turn and a little meter appears that measures the strength of your throw. When you press it again when the meter is where you want it to be, it will launch your can or bone at the dog or cat. You have to adjust your throwing strength to the wind direction and wind strength in order to hit your target over the fence.

Overall, the game is okay but as I stated before it can get very boring and repetitive so I do not recommend downloading this game application. The paid version drops the ads and gives you a few more game play options, but unless you really like playing the free version, it is not worth the money to buy the paid version. The underlying concept of the game is a bit violent (dogs knocking out cants and the reverse), but it is relatively harmless and could be considered child appropriate if you think that your child might enjoy this game. There are some annoying and potentially malicious advertisements that appear on the screen in the free version and it would be wise to monitor your child's play time with this app to make sure they know to ignore the ads and not click on them.

Ease of Use:

The game was pretty easy to play and get the hang of, but it is only formatted for phones so far. On a tablet it is really small and difficult to use. If it were formatted for tablets too, it would probably be a little easier to play.

Value:

The overall value is okay for the free version because it is free. But, there are some obnoxious ads that are distracting and potentially harmful to your device. Unless you really enjoyed playing the free version, the paid version of the game is definitely not worth the money. There are also some complaints on the Android Market reviews of the paid version that it does not work on some devices and the developers possibly do not give refunds, so consider these concerns before purchasing this app.
